All the information you need can be easily accessed by clicking http://www.hawaii.gov/doh. You may download your application paperwork directly from this Web site. There is no blood test and processing is immediate with your picture ID. Both bride and groom are required to apply together at the Department of Health in Honolulu. The fee is $60.00 cash. You will be asked for the name of your minister: Rev. Edward Mark Yasuhara, who is licensed by the State of Hawaii. Our Forever Aloha Premium Wedding Package provides for a limo to pick you up at your hotel, take you to the Department of Health and return you back to your hotel. Otherwise, we suggest taking The Bus (Honolulu rapid transit) or a taxi to and from the Department of Health as it is located on one of the most congested blocks of the downtown/Civic area. The no-left-turns and one-way streets can be very confusing. |
